Pricing questions

What happens when the trial ends?

Apple charges the plan you chose unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. You can cancel in Settings › your name › Subscriptions.

If I stop paying, do I lose my recordings?

No. Your recordings stay on your phone, and you can still open your three most recent ones and export them. Pattern Lab and unlimited history unlock again if you resubscribe.

Is there a one-off price instead of a subscription?

Not at launch. We will review a lifetime option once the feature set is settled.

Do I have to use the cloud?

No. Every plan works fully on your iPhone. Cloud backup and sharing arrive in 2027, and will be optional and off until you turn them on. More about MindTimbre Cloud.

Do I need a brainwave headset?

No. MindTimbre works on its own. The brainwave features are for people who also use a headset such as Muse, BrainBit or Vilistus. More about brainwaves.

Can I claim VAT back?

Apple issues the receipt. VAT-registered businesses buying five or more seats can buy through us and receive a VAT invoice.
